We all react and humbly donate to help victims of world disasters, but how about investing in prevention of these disasters?
I call upon a new Global Prevention Fund (GPF), enabled by the United Nations, which purpose is solely to pro-act; create emergency posts in danger zones - countries, research and develop prevention tools against natural disasters.
I see a collaboration with NASAR, National association for search and rescue, who has safety whistles as key chains.
